Bharat Charan Giri
Bharat
Charan Giri is notable among the younger male dancers in the
Odissi style. He has learnt the art under the tutelage of
Guru Durga Charan Ranbir, a well known dance teacher, at Bhubaneswar.
Having
completed his training with a scholarship from the Government
of India, Bharat Charan Giri has been performing as the lead
dancer with his guru’s troupe and has also been giving
solo performances. He has also made a mark as a dance teacher.
