Ghulam Saidq Khan

Born in 1939, Ghulam Saidq Khan received his initial training in music from his father Ustad Ghulam Jafar Khan and subsequently from Ustad Mushtaq Husain Khan and Ustad Ishtiaq Hussain Khan in the Rampur Sahaswan Gharana. Apart from Khayal, he composes and sings Ghazals and Bhajans. He has researched in Soz-Khwani with a Senior Research Fellowship of the Department of Culture, Govt. of India. At present he is a lecturer in vocal music in the Department of Music, university of Delhi.
