Nandini Singh

A notable Kathak dancer, Nandini Singh ws groomed initially by renowned gurus of the Jaipur gharana, namely Pandit Hiralal, Sunder Prasad and Devi Lal. She made an early mark as a dancer in the 1970s and later came under the tutelage of Pandit Durga Lal.

Nandini Sigh combines in her presentation a fine balance of nritta and abhinaya. She is also a gifted teacher and is currently teching at Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra, Delhi. She has participated in several important festivals and has also performed abroad.
